Service Description

Centered on the individual, leaders set the tone for culture but are often unequipped to do this in an intentional, consistent and proactive manner. These sessions are run individually or as part of the HPT framework and can include: - One-on-one leadership coaching session: Tailored to the individual need’s topics can include strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, decision-making, communication skills, team development, change management, conflict resolution, and growth mindset. - Interpersonal effectiveness for leaders: Utilizing accredited assessors of TRACOM’s Social Styles¹ we explore a nonjudgmental 360 feedback tool to understand behavioral strengths and opportunities directly correlated to career success - Work based motivators: Using the 6 Types of Working Genius to specifically explore your individual needs and preferences as they relate to the work that you do and how to maximize productively, motivation and potential. - Personal purpose: Helping leaders identify and understand what’s most important to them outside of and including work to help provide strategic direction in all areas of life, these sessions offer unique safe spaces for leaders to explore how to find fulfillment.
