Service Description

Tapping into deep subject matter expertise and lived experience from around the globe, sessions range from the core principals of IDEB to deep dives in to inspiring and empowering workforce's from many cultures, backgrounds and identities: - Fundamentals of IDEB in a business environment: 1, 2, and 4 hour sessions creating foundational mental models, articulating the business case for prioritizing inclusion and belonging and how every employee can make an impact. - Understanding yourself and others: building versatility for career success¹ – Utilizing accredited assessors of TRACOM’s Social Styles we explore a nonjudgmental 360 feedback tool to understand behavioral strengths and opportunities directly correlated to career success. - Inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging deep dives: exploring key topics that can influence and build actionable skills to drive inclusion and belonging -- Ally-ship - being proactive but sensitive to the needs of others. -- Tempered radical – how to rock the boat without tipping anyone out. - Inclusion Insights – 30-60 minute topic based discussions with groups of 4-15, facilitator led but focusing on participant discussion, dialogue and questions. Builds psychological safety and peer sharing.
