Service Description

From short sessions focused on specific team needs to long term multi-month, multi-year assignments. We find that leaders who embark on these journeys are so impressed with the results that we deliver similar programs to their direct teams too. Long term transformation projects: 8 and 4 hour activation sessions that build understanding of models and concepts while translating these into practical foundations for behavioral change. Including team specific accredited assessments aligned with trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results. Quarterly behavioral change deep dives: Focusing on key areas that leaders want to develop or that are highlighted in the team assessment. We tailor sessions for the specific context of the teams, helping them take ownership to support ongoing peak performance. Sessions align with one or both of: - Team purpose going through the process of creating team vision, mission and tenets to guide strategic and operational direction - Practical outcome across the 5 HPT core behaviors 1) trust, 2) healthy conflict, 3) commitment, 4) accountability, 5) results - Topic based sessions based on team needs including but not limited to a) change management, b) influence and negotiation, c) managing difficult conversations, d) intercultural intelligence, e) leadership presence, f) team charters, g) psychological safety - Inclusive leadership – 2, 4 and 8 hours sessions exploring how leaders can create environments where employees feel safe and supported to bring their whole selves to work, increasing productivity, retention and engagement - Interpersonal effectiveness for teams – TRACOM’s Social Styles¹ we utilize a unique, nonjudgmental 360 feedback tool to understand behavioral strengths and opportunities directly correlated to career success. Map out team norms and explore how the new knowledge of social styles can increase versatility across interactions with colleagues.
