Service Description

- Disability confidence: 2, 4 and 6 hour sessions cover core disability topics with the ability to be tailored. Topics include: Definitions, models; language; accessibility/adjustments; recruiting; people and performance management; customer service; cultural nuances; and neuro-inclusion in the workplace. - Disability deep dives: Tailored session on specific disabilities or disabilities related topics. - Employee led group support: Empowering ELG leaders to activate volunteers, collaborate with external experts, Influence business leaders and balance their days jobs and with running ELGs.
